ONESUN Energy Storage Product Sales Process
1. Requirements Communication
Understand the customer's core requirements, including application scenarios, power range, capacity configuration, certification standards, budget, and delivery time.
Leveraging our experience in projects across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and globally, we provide customers with the optimal product selection and configuration solution.
2. Quotation and Proposal Confirmation
Provide detailed product specifications, a quotation, and delivery schedule based on customer requirements.
Confirm the final model, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery time.
3. Contract Signing and Order Placing
After both parties confirm the solution, sign the contract and pay the deposit (or full payment).
The order officially enters the production/stocking process.
4. Production and Quality Inspection
Produce according to contract requirements or stock from inventory.
All shipped products undergo rigorous performance and appearance testing. Photos or videos of the production and quality inspection process are available upon request.
5. Delivery and Logistics
Complete packaging, packaging, and export customs clearance.
Ship by the customer's preferred shipping method (sea, air, rail, truck, etc.), and provide a tracking number and tracking information.
6. After-Sales and Technical Support
Provide installation, commissioning, and user guides.
Provide remote video/phone technical support to resolve any issues encountered during use.
Provide repair, replacement, or technical support services according to the warranty terms, and conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor operational status.
